Oracle launches Fusion Claw: new AI agent applications

On October 26, 2026, Oracle launched 25 innovative AI agent applications at Oracle AI World in Las Vegas that function within the Fusion Cloud Applications. These applications are designed to streamline longer and more complex tasks in financial management, HR, supply chain, and customer service. The new execution environment, Oracle Fusion Claw, is specifically developed for executing intricate workflows where processes can be adjusted based on real-time data. Regarding pricing and availability in the Netherlands, Oracle has not yet provided any information.

The Fusion Agentic Applications are applications that not only generate responses but also support the process of task execution from start to finish. The foundation of these new applications, Fusion Claw, is intended for dynamic work where goals, authorities, and responsibilities are predetermined. The applications are optimized for use on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and utilize advanced language models; however, the specific models employed for this purpose have not been disclosed.

A selection of the 25 applications includes various functions such as Ledger for financial control, Workforce Orchestration for HR planning, and Service Health Check for customer service. These applications are built around a system in which employees give final approval before a task is executed. This ensures a controlled deployment of AI within business processes, aiming to enhance operational efficiency.

With the launch, Oracle also introduces two new entries: Oracle Fusion Companion and Oracle Fusion Agentic Home, which enable users to work with AI-driven tools like ChatGPT. Additionally, Oracle AI Agent Studio provides the opportunity for companies and partners to develop their own agents, taking security and control measures into account. Despite the lack of concrete information regarding price and availability in the Netherlands, it is clear that the emphasis is on large organizations operating with complex business processes.

The question remains how these applications perform in practice and to what extent they actually result in time and cost savings. The reliance on AI for executing critical business processes will only increase the necessity for clear accountability structures and explanations for decisions in the future.
