What data we process

We only process the data you provide yourself through our forms (contact, information request and newsletter) and, for exhibitors, through the exhibitor portal. This usually concerns your name, email address, company name, phone number and the content of your message. For exhibitor participation we also process the data required for the contract and invoicing.

How we use this data

We use your data to answer your question, handle your request or participation and — if you have signed up — to send you our newsletter. We do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Cookies and statistics

Our website uses a cookie banner (CookieYes). Analytics and marketing cookies (such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and the Meta pixel) are only placed after you have given consent; by default they are switched off.

Retention

We do not keep your data longer than necessary for the purposes above, or than we are legally required to.
