Xbox introduces hourly rates for game streaming
Microsoft has announced that it offers Xbox gamers the option to pay by the hour for streaming their own games via the cloud. This new approach is currently available to participants in the Xbox Insider test program, which serves as a laboratory for testing and developing new features.
The prices for this new streaming service are set based on different play hours: 10 hours costs 4 dollars, 25 hours is available for 8 dollars, and 50 hours for 12 dollars. This pricing gives gamers the flexibility to decide how long they want to stream their games without committing to a long subscription agreement.
This development comes at a time when cloud gaming is becoming increasingly popular, and gamers are looking for ways to optimize their gaming experience. By offering the option to pay by the hour, Microsoft hopes to attract a broader audience and engage more players in cloud gaming on their platform.
